Food Vendor Booths and Partners

We will choose your location in the event based on a combination of the following factors:
1.  food product offering,
2.  booth appearance, and design,
3.  he number of years partnering with the Urban League or a small business participant with the Urban League.

Logistics:
Vendors must be on site to set up no later than 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Vendor spaces are 6-foot x 6-foot spaces.
Vendors are responsible for supplying vending materials, food, additional electrical equipment, staffing, 
Music or amplified sound may not be played at the table booths.
Parking is not included
The Urban League or UC San Diego will not be responsible for the security of vendor products, personal property, or money.
Tables set up must be completed by 4:30 p.m. Vendor tables will be open from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Vendor booths must be broken down, area cleared, and off the premises by late Thursday evening.
All vendors must show proof of insurance and health permits

Attendee Demographics:
We are expecting between 100 – 300 guests from an Urban League partner list of corporate, philanthropic, legislative, and community leaders regionally and locally.
